You can sell your account.
When you sell it, just remove your credit card info (if any) from the account then give the buyer the log-in info and the CD keys. He will then change all the info and add his own payment info. (If he's smart that is).
The log-in on the WOW web-site and any CD keys will be tied to the log-in for the game. He doesn't really need the CD keys if he can log-in but you may as well hand them over since you won't be able to use or access the game anymore with that account or it's keys.
You don't even have to send him the CDs since you can download the game for free and use your previously bought CD keys.
