If the car was given to you why is your sister driving it? Who is paying for gas? And why, if you have less than an hour to get to work are you on the computer? And if you're late for work or don't show up at all are you going to tell your boss that it's all your sister's fault? That won't look very good on you.
Do what you have to do to get to work. If that means riding the bus for 45 minutes do it. I ride 3 buses for 2 hours one way to get to work. I don't like it but I do it because I have no alternative and I have responsibilities. In this world you do what you have to do. After work today, sit down with your parents and your sister and work out a mature schedule for the both of you to use the car. If you are the primary person who pays for gas and maintenance your schedule should come first. There has to be a mutual agreement and consequences for not adhering to the agreement. This has to be done in a mature way, not with complaints. Now shut off the computer and get to work.
