Hi; First of all, doing some exercise is better then doing nothing at all. You have already done the hardest part. That is go to the gym. As time goes on you will see changes. What you want to do when you first get to the gym is stretch your muscles. If you don't stretch your legs will turn to jello and you may pull a muscle. Ask the workers or that hot guy what stetches you can do. After you stretch get on the stationary bike and ride for about ten minutes. You don't have to go all out. What you are doing is getting your body ready to exercise. Now you can go do the machines but use low weights and ask questions if you need to. You do not want to get injured. As time goes on your endurance will improve and you will notice changes. Changes are not going to happen overnight, it will take time. You have to make fitness a habit, like brushing your teeth.
