I have been a Rock n roller all my life and, in the late 1980s I started getting into New Age then Jazz. I took that change because at the time RNR did not appeal to me and yest I still listen to rock music and still buy some CDs but, my interest really took off with Progressive/Contemporary Jazz, not the '40s & '50s big band stuff.
I will always have a place in my heart for Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Grand Funk, Beatles and Rush. I WILL NEVER BE A PART OF THAT Hip-Hop/Rap Sh_T! I would give my stereo styem away before it came down to that.
