I think most of them aren't Indie but yeah, lesser known, at least globally.

Of course! Faith No More, used to listen to them all the time! We care a lot!!!


My friends and I were fortunate enough to discover the "Grunge" scene about 3-4 years before it became overly popular in the USA.

We bought our first Nirvana CD(Bleach) in Boston (Newbury Comics) in 1989. That led to us listening to Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Mudhoney, Motherlovebone, Pearl Jam, Screaming Trees, L7, Love Battery, Seaweed, TAD, Melvins, ... - - - - LONG before anyone had heard of them...and I'm sure some of you are still WHO?ing me about some, if not all, of the ones I just listed
