I just watched it.
I wasn't too impressed by it TBH. Seemed like an American version of 28 days later but with only one person and vampire type pepople instead of zombies.
I agree that the whole being disconnected from reality with no human contact thing was pretty well done. The things he does to keep hope of finding someone else, etc was well done, but as I said before it just seemed too 28 days later like.
