acquisition right? I am a poet from a poor family, and where I live, Nigeria, Poetry is not appreciated, unlike the Americans, or Europeans. I will not mind giving out my 100 poetry manuscript on acquisional publication, to at least realize the worth of my talent.

Difficult question. There are many poets with no venue for their work. I believe that the answer lies here in Y!A. I have been thinking about doing a feature on young American poets, but you've made me think about a global answer. If such a story was written, I think it would be appealing to the publishing powers.
