Career in Cooking?

I am a good cook (they think i m the best in my family) and have earned good reputation throughout with my new recipies and great serving ideas.

I am 33 and wish to diversify my career and apply for a job in Canada.

Please suggest me if its practical to diversify a career at my age and if by taking up any degree now can help. I also need help to know what kind of training/course/degree I should take up to persue this career of my interest.
