Career Ideas Anyone?

Hi, um, I have this goal that by the end of the summer, I'll have a good idea of what I want to do for the rest of my life; but I keep hitting the cieling, i just can't decide.
Well, surgeon has crossed my mind because I am facinated with the way the human body works (and i never get grossed out by blood and guts).
I have thought of going into a field that would allow me to learn more about history and such: like archeology, anthropology, etc., because i just love learning about it, as well as traveling, I LOVE to travel and learn about other cultures.
However I've been told i should look into veteranary programs because i'm very good with animals, and, as i said before, i love learning about the body.
However, I am told I am also good at public speaking and debating.
UGH!!!!!
plz help if you have any ideas i would most appreciate it!

Hey there - have you considered a career in SCUBA? I would. The nice thing about becoming an instructor:

You are working with animals - Think Marine Biology
You are traveling - Think resort work on a global basis

you can help the environment and there are many other jobs - both for profit or non-profit depending on where you wish to go. As an instructor, you can set your schedule to allow you to attend school; As you head out from becoming a Professional the courses count. It is a way to obtain a profession that you can use to start out with or fall back on should you change your mind.

There are many recreational opportunities; if you study abroad you can still teach. If you decide to head in a different direction your experience in working with others, teaching and public speaking will show your future employers your dedicated spirit.
