I need to make my IP cam accessible through the internet but I'm completely stuck...

...now..? So the cam page is located at 192.168.1.65 through my network, but to make this accessible outside of my network, which steps must I take? I've run out of ideas!

yes i also want to make my ip accessible, but i can't do it, i am not a network engineer, so i cant suggest you any thing for it.
