Using the Google Toolbar...

I love my google toolbar!

My fav features are the way I can drag and drop my search terms into the search window... And the spell check get's used a lot... And, I don't know what it's called, but there's a button that takes you up one level on whatever website you are on. And, the button to highlight your search terms on a page. I couldn't live without that...

I only installed the google toolbar initially for webmaster related stats and features and must admit I use it for little else
It actually used to give you a link to check backlinks but it seemed to disappear some time ago blah

That backlink button is still there. You can find it in the button gallery under "Backlinks"

So is there a different toolbar that you use?

ahh thanks for that

I have two other toolbars
a web developer one which lets you see and edit css on a page live and a general seo one which gives you site stats

It's pretty much FF, but it's got a bunch of things that are useful for social networking, like it will tell you when you have new messages/comments/etc, has uploading features to certain sites so you don't have to visit them to do it and things like that. I've not used it too much myself, but I hear from others who use it that it's great if you use social networking sites alot (youtube, facebook, etc). Check out their site for more info if you like.

I'd prefer to stay with Opera just now though.

sound interesting on the networking - but of course I don't do that stuff hardly if ever anymore...still mysp but that's about it!
