t mobile internet?

i have a t mobile dash, don't have one of the internet plans but i was wondering if anyone knows if when you are at your house or somewhere where there is free wifi, do you have to pay for it on your bill or is it no charge since it isn't one of their hot spots?

T Mobile dash can access Wi Fi internet for free through your home network setup. You will need broadband internet DSL or Cable internet, a desktop and a router.

You can also use Wi Fi internet at any hotspots (coffee shops, hotels, airports, and or restaurants) for free depending on the location. Sometimes there is a hourly charge or day charge at these locations.
