It's a tough call, but I think I would have to go with Rocky Road. But mint chocolate chip would be a close second...

I dont even know what Rocky Road is..you must be an ice cream expert
I like most ice cream flavours
vanilla and strawberry probably favourite

Rocky Road is a chocolate ice cream with marshmallow swirls and almond pieces. I've also had vanilla ice cream with pieces of candy cane in it, but I don't know the name of it or who makes it. That was very good too...

ahh i love marshmallow so ill have that one
wonder if marshmallow swirls are the same as flumps
if they are im in!

what the heck is a flump? RRoad just has small marshmellows. I don't know about these swirls being in it.

Depends on how long you want to spend working out at the gym afterwards. Myself, I would go for one small scoop. Small bits of pure indulgence, without the guilt!
