Yeah...I don't really have any good habbits, I don't eat that well, don't go to the gym or exercise that much. Think i'm going to try eating better, cause that won't take up much time and thats the main reason I don't exercise, i'm always too busy, or there is something better to do instead.

I love to work out. I like to lift weights and I like to run. And I really like losing weight and getting smaller and having to buy new clothes because the old ones are too big.

My motabolism seems to do me good but I'd like to work out a bit at least, get some muscle (i'm quite scrawny lol)

in fact I DO drive past my gym every time I go to work. If I could be bothered I could go after work. but I can't be. so I don't.

one of the good things about excersising is that you gain more energy
some people get addicted to exercise
probably part of the buzz you get from it

now that's some addiction I need!

I remember this older skeleton of a lady at the gym...she must have been addicted or starving herself!

I love that adrenaline high... And I like, to a point, the sore muscles the next day. I was working my abs yesterday and today my obliques are killing me.
