Yeah, but I don't really like gyms. I kinda feel like if I was going to use the facilities enough to cover the cost of membership then I may as well buy myself a running machine or something and do it at home...:/

Come to think of it owning your own personal gym would be pretty sweet

personal gym's can be $$$$$ but I suppose they don't have to be. Has anyone ever bought a stationary bike or whatever and used it for more than 2 months though! I think you fall into the same trap even if the equip is only 27 feet away in the back bedroom

I have. I used my first treadmill so much I wore it out the belts on it.

I do my cardio at home/outside. The gym is for the weight lifting.

why is it when you go to a friend's house and they have one you are so much more inclined to use it than when it's at your house?

at the gym you run the risk of being stuck behind some lady who needs to loose an extra person but sometimes you get a smokin' babe with a tight patoot, in which case I would workout all day
