I went to the gym..?
I went to the gym today and I hopped on one of the machines, I was on it for literally 1 minute and my legs turned to jello! I couldn't even walk down the steps to get some water!! I just left I was so embaressed (of course I had to work out next to the hot guy LOL) but I'm asking, is there a way to get some stamania or should I just do the machines just a little bit slower and work through the pain after it comes in 10 minutes, rather then one?
But my main question, since I am so out of shape, yet young.. be feeling this pain so little, I will only be at the gym for about 30-45 minutes before I feel I can't go anymore (being so out of shape) so since I'm so out of shape, will I be losing weight, even though it is a little bit of time spent atthe gym? |

Always stretch prior to using the machines. (something I don't do but should!!) |

Ive never been to a gym as it looks too boring
Id rather (if I had to) go do something outside to keep myself fit like cycling or climbing
