Are there any differences when working out with an upright or recumbant stationary...

...bike? Whats the difference between an upright and recumbant stationary bike?

Recumbant is much easier on your back. It's ergonomically designed and sits more like a sled. The workout is better because it's much lower impact and the tension can be set in the pedals tighter due to the design.
