Suave Dave is on a distinguished road
I have some old 8 mm films of my children. How do I put them on DVD? Can

I do it myself, or professionally? Would I have to buy hardware or software to do it myself? What would be the cost?

to be honest I think it would be best to get them converted professionally
If you weigh up the time it will take you to learn the software and the extra cost you ma incur to pay for the software an hardware I think since its gonna be more a one off thing it'd be best done by someone who knows what they're doing
