The Simpsons Movie - Doh! who's idea was it to make a movie
Well I love the Simpsons
I didn't rush to watch the movie but I made a point of wanting to see it when I could What a disappointment.. I laughed only a few times the rest was either too obvious or corny For example the part where Homer is swinging between a hotel or bar called the hard place and a large rock It was too much A lot of times this happens with successful sitcoms/shows I suppose public pressure and ca$h made them do it

I really didn't like any of the parts in the previews, but I enjoyed the movie. not loved it, but it was enjoyable.

I think it would have served them better to make the movie a decade ago when the show was still king of the cartoon sitcom.
That being said I wasn't prepared to be wowed - I thought it was entertaining but not something I'd go buy for $20 on DVD.
