Does the compensation culture make people think they have no responsibility for...

I saw this starting in the US then I saw it spread to the UK
basically if the law of the country supports these claims then the culture exists

a lot of people think that money taken from either the government or large companies is okay
If there is a way to exploit the system there will always be someone ready to take advantage..

People just don't like to admit that it was their fault, most people think they are better than everyone else and so it couldn't have been their fault, so they pass the blame.
