What is more important to you: your religion or your country?
ex. if you were Christian (which many I assume are), would you go to war and kill hundreds of people (whether good or bad people its still against Christianity to do so) just to "fight" for your country?
You are still killing people. That is the bottom line...no matter how much you sugarcoat it. In most religions, killing people is a sin...a huge one. I'm talking about a personal choice you make...not a national law you have to choose. War ... for the most part, is not the type of killing a cop does. Its gruesome, planned out torture. Overall, we may be defending something, however in war people are MURDERED and mutilated...not just "killed" as you put it. |

People are so confused on this ....To kill is OK if it means to protect or defend something. The sin is to murder in cold blood.
When a cop kills a crazed gunman he has not sinned. But a dirt-bag who blows himself up to kill Innocent people is a murderer |
