Depends on where and how big the college is. And I don't know what high school you went to but the parties I went to were 'anyone can go as long as you pay at the door' parties. And usually, yea, there are a hella lot of them at college.

In my case random people go too, I like tell my friends im having a party and they can bring as much people as they want and pretty much they do.
