What size NHL hockey jersey a I buy?

Hey guys,
I'm planning to get a CCM Replica jersey, and i was wondering which size i should get. I haven't worn a hockey jersey before, so I am unsure of which one to get. I'm 5'4 and I wear an XL t-shirt. I'm a heavy guy, about 180 lbs.

Also, I wear NBA and NFL jerseys, all in XL, if thats gonna help. I wear size XL t-shirts also.

I'm not wearing it with equipment, just street wear. I want to know if the sleeves are going to be to long on me. And definitely do not want it to look like a gown on me. But i dont want it too tight also.

XL should be fine. Jerseys are always a size up with gear and your normal t-shirt size without.
