What sports do you play?

I was just wondering what sports everyone enjoys playing.

I'm not really a sporting person to be honest. I sail, but thats not really anything to brag about... lol I also enjoy other watersports like windsurfing, wakeboarding, kayaking.

I really want to learn how to surf, but I don't really live in a place where it's any good for surfing, so thats never really been an option for me.

I like to run and/or walk for exercise. I have considered training for a marathon, but I would need surgery on my foot before I could get serious about that, and I am putting off that surgery as long as possible. And by then, I'll probably be too old for a marathon.

I also lift weights, but I don't know if I would consider that a sport, at least not the way I do it.

I play softball, when I don't have a broken face. (Had a nasty injury last season for those of you that hadn't heard.)

I am going to take up skydiving next spring/summer. Or at least I am going to do it once....

I'd like to do a marathon, just so I can say i've done one, it'd be a good comeback for when people call me lazy...

Bone deformity - Genetic birth defect. It gets rather painful with the wrong shoes/ too much exertion. I talked to the surgeon about it and he said I could put off the surgery for as long as I could handle the pain. I already had one surgery earlier this year. It's going to be a while before I am ready to do that again.

Is it risky surgery?

I mean i'd probably do anything to get pain like that away, unless there is a high risk rate and I don't see why someone would put off something like that unless there is...or they are scared of surgery in general.

racquetball!! I'd play more than just that but I don't have any friends!! at least who want to hang out and play...wait does billiards count
