How do I activate the automatic vacation response to emails when I will be away?

When emails come in when I'm on vacation I would like an automatic response to be sent to the sender to let them know I'll respond when I return.

when you click "Options" on your mail page, you can find on the management column the option "Vacation Response" at the lower portion of the page. there you can personalize what you will say to all incoming mails.
