Problem adding categories in Wordpress 2.3.3

Problem adding categories in Wordpress 2.3.3

Installed a fresh install of WP 2.3.3 but couldnt create new categories
I removed all plugins and still couldnt
searched around and found someone who said that it was a server issue.
I went to my host and they found it was a problem with mod_security

so to solve:
add the following code in your .htaccess file
<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

thats it
