Which software is best suited for the admin support work?
i jus started as an administator in a fast-food francise shop for a week nw and i hav to deal with alot of paperwork especially the invoices from the creditors asking for the amount outstanding n record the data into the Excel spreadsheet. And also i hav to call them to arrange a payment plan over the phone.
I was told to work on my own intiative and really i dont hav any previous admin experience. Any good advice would be very much appreciated.
Another thing is I would like to know which software would best support to sort out their finances and keep track of the payments needed to make on a regular basic ( i.e council tax, business rate, electricity, water, etc) so that the business can get out of its debts and thrive well in the future.
It's for 5 franchise shops and i hav to take care for all of them.
I am wonderin if anyone could come up with a systematic layout or a format in a way that can orgainse all 5 shops' debts and schedule the payments in time.
